  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days
  • Premium memberships: Refunds based on unused portion

2.3 Live Events and Webinars

  • Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before event
  • 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before event
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before event
  • Full refund if event is cancelled by LinkN

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital downloads that have been downloaded
  • Completed courses with certificates issued
  • Custom or personalized content
  • Services used beyond the refund window
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless required by law)
  • Third-party services integrated into our platform
